What should i do for Stat points? And what should I look for in gear? New too LS looking to help my guild out.

If you're purely going for healing. Stat all into intelligence and get HM% gear and as high as possible ee heal charms. :)

Sigh.. Thanks. Now i need to figure the Abbreviations out XD
EE= Enhanced Effect Right?

HM = Heal Mastery.

As for your first character being a guardian I would not recommend it. They are mainly used for healing and the equipment needed does not translate well to other classes :(

I would recommend making a melee character either a fighter or barb :)
