first build would be better. 2.1k is pretty low life and that is withing 2-3 crit teritory of death. unless u got a uber heal charm i would go the higher life to be safe.

how much ee on your charms are we talking about here?

if you had high ee charms the added safety would be worth it. lower ee would mean you need more mana to ensure a kill
