Heal charm in Acc. It's the only charm that is beneficial in the Acc slot

As for the rest of your build, it looks good. Just try to shoot for ~100 Dex at 55 w/ items and stat the rest into str so buy your gear and use your stats accordingly

only thing that works in the acc slot is enhanced effect, so in your case heals (if you plan on using them at all). if you want to use a heal charm, you're going to have to stat some int at the beginning to get a decent sized mana pool going.

the rest of your build seems fine. you could also consider an ee armor (to tank better in catacombs/arena) and then go with a dex charm since they are cheaper than strength charms.

should i get any strength items then?

It depends. Dexterity is cheaper but having more than 120 dex is overkill imo. So if you buy all Dex items, make sure you stat mostly Str

If you want a hybrid, 60-70 works great
if you plan on being a healer, i'd go full int

Judging from the build (pure stats), I assume your not going to be going hybrid by any means just looking for an addditional mana pool
to heal a bit. Without hm or anything, statting maybe 25-30 as some extra intel/mana pool would work alright for melee.

However to be effective as a healer, you would need to stat much more intel hm in the picture as well,
but then that would mean your going hybrid.

The amount of int should depend on both the EE of your heal charm and the HM or Int on your gear.

If you have a 200+ ee charm, you'd be fine with ~50 hard stats into int.

Bad heal charm? You'd probably want somewhere in the neighborhood of 70-75 hard stats into int.
