can u well lvl 40 items on alvl 5 and get 1XX ee ? was just wondering that

Yes, but The well monster will be level 50. I wouldn't advise doing it

I thought the stats of an item were capped to 10 levels below your own. For example if you were welling a level 55 charm at lvl 45 theoretically the max stats on EE would be 220.

Maybe someone who knows for sure can toss their opinon here.
