Okay so I know the general theory of EE, I just want to know if the EE you get on one item, applies to all your other items.

eg. if i have a charm with 50EE, would it only apply to this charm or would it make my weapon and armour more powerful?

Any input appreciated :)

nope only the item that its on
heal mastery does however empower your heal charm
no matter what item its on
