so i made a rogue without knowing anything but after reading i found out that melee isnt effective as a fighter so i decided rogue caster.

now can a rogue caster well monsters well?

also is there a point of welling at low lvl such as 15? ty

If you are making a character solely for welling, I'd go with a Mage Caster.

They start with the most base intelligence, and, therefore, will have the highest ending mana amount.

There is a point to welling at level 15. Personally, I like welling 10 levels about the level of the item I'm welling.
For example, if I am level 50, the highest item I well is a level 40.
Or, I just save up all my wells to level 64, so when I well, I have the chance of getting a tier 13 as a side drop.
