whats the best starting class as in cheapest for best dmg? since i only have 50 fg

I'd say fighter, personally. Try to get enhanced effect on your weapons and armour (plate or chain) and then go for dexterity on your charm. Then put all your stat points into strength and you should be good

Yeah you've mostly got the right idea. But you should know that ee on charms increases damage on the charm, not on your weapon. So neither of those charms are helping you

Also, the only stat which works on the acc charm is enhanced effect, so it's just for casting and healing

if im a fighter do i have to wear swords because they are expensive and i only have 33 fg

Swords are usable for the first 3 classes, which is a big bonus for them. You can always use Clubs or Axes if you prefer, if you only have 33 fg, I'd go the Club route.
