im using earth and i dont know how to attack them all at once i thought earth and ice could do it

all attack charms can do splash damage

there's a percent chance of it happening based on your proficiency and group - the general consensus seems to be a 1% chance per prof point with a 5% bonus for being in a full group

you'll notice it much more with a higher prof level
