I know I should keep str about...20 more? than dex. But should I do that with gear and just pump str? Searing for a charm that only adds dex would be easier than finding a dual stat in the end. And Im broke so that might be a better way for me to do it. Pump str and gear for my dex and take str as a bonus if I can find it?

Get a charm with dexterity on it, and pump every point into strength. Dexterity is much cheaper to buy, and is not nearly as useful, so you need minimal amounts.
