How do I recieve proficiency points once I have gotten to lvl 1 prof?

also, is there a guide post to this? if so, plz link it to me. ;)

You won't get a 100% cooked fish often just get as close as you can and stop before they burn. Still get prof points an evnetually you'll get your 100% cooked ones :)
