Where should i put stat points for my fighter?
and what weapon is best
because later when the char is upgradet i have to have right stat points ?

all into str

if you're going to cata, i would put all the points into strength (many others will differ from this view)
if you're going to solo, i'd have 100 points into dexterity (including gear) and put the rest of my points into strength.

as for weapon, the club is the cheapest for fighters, but if you want flexibility through the first 3 level of characters, i'd get swords since the first 3 classes would be able to use them.

Although, I'd suggest all into strength as well, as suggested by Dark and Mirage
However, get a dexterity charm around 20 - 30 dexterity to boost your dexterity.

Find an enhanced effect leather armor, scale armor, or chain mail and use that as your armor.

For your weapon, get an EE sword so you can use it if you pass all the way through paladin, like Mirage suggested.
