Ok what I have gathered so far (rolling a fighter currently)
My ACC charm is only useful for a healing charm, and anything on this charm only goes towards the charm itself not my toon. (for example if it had +xx EE and/or +xx str/dex my toon wouldn't receive the dex/str bonus, and my overall damage wouldn't be affected by the EE, only the + healing of the charm itself)
The EE on my armor is only useful towards defense, not my overall damage (but str/dex will affect my damage when on my armor)
My reg charm I should be aiming for str/dex/life mainly since the EE on my charm is only useful to my charm itself not my overall damage.
My weapon should have as much EE as I can find, as this is where the meat of my damage is coming from.
Again please correct any mistakes I have made so far.
Wait... what? The EE on the charm will be retained at a 75% percent rate afaik. If you have a heal with sweet adds and an attack charm with none switching wouldn't be a bad idea (in response to Acc only being good for heals.)
Although EE is insanely important on weapons keep in mind proportion between str and EE. The more EE you have, the more damage each point of str gives. Don't neglect str, especially... er, always.
