Weapon with higher EE will be better than a high EE armor. But with your funds, you should be able to afford a decent set of both

Thanks for your reply. I can spend all my fg though, as I need to save some for some other stuff But hopefully I can make it work.

you mean higher ee weapon with low ee armor vs low ee weapon with higher ee armor?
