Any suggestions on Class and mandatory gear?
I have all my leveling gear so now i have to start keeping an eye out for best wellables...
Suggest away please!

Either id do a caster build (Mage/Warlock)

0-10 Vita
Rest Int

Int Armor
Int Wep
EE Charm
EE Secondary Heal

Or a Hybrid Rogue/Samu/Pala

With mixed hm/dmg gear and a heal in secondary

What EE should be on those charms / weapon / armor I'm trying to go melee before i can expect to pass these wells? at 60+?

I would suggest a Rogue Hybrid.

Weapon : 100 + EE Weapon.
Armor : 100+ EE Leather (more important to have the defense against casters)
Charm : 35 + Strength Charm
Accessory : 100 + EE Heal Charm
Get 55-75 Intelligence, 80 dexterity, and the rest into strength.

Or you could go Mage :
On my mage I use
Weapon : 41 int dagger
Armor : 42 int robe
Charm : 145 EE level 50 Fire
Accessory : 113 EE Level 55 Wild Heal

I'm about 95 - 99% on these wells.

It's key to put 10 points into vitality at the beginning if you want to make a weller mage.
Put the rest into intelligence.
