Having trouble with the guy, and after my latest death fest proficiency loss...
I can't get a chain of 3 monsters, but keep trying (thus the death fest)

I know hybrid is best, but I have no hybrid gear.
I also have very little fg, and no way to make it.

SO, do I try for EE armors to stop the death fests?
Or is it just the way it is, when you play this game without FG?

Currently, have put all stats in strength, as I have dex charms.
20-- 29 ex
35-- 36 dex
55-- 44 dex

Any help'd be appreciated.

As most people say you want around 100-120 dex.

But, the main thing is your weapon..

Maybe if you have some heal charms then just equip them

I end up with 120 dex.
a 111ee dagger is not good enough?
This game sucks for those without fg

You should still get some int just to take care of the big crits your recieve... And you might want to try statting some vita for more life if you can't pull it through

dont push it for higher chains

its never worth it

stop, put heal charm on main slot and vs lv 1 and heal up

that should get you to near full hp if you didnt stat any vita or int

I"m getting that I need to invest in a good heal charm for each level?
TY for advice. Easy to do this game with godly gear ( like my old caster stuff, sniff), I'm finding this go around much harder.

It won't be a huge amount easier with a heal charm tbh

just keep beefing up melee and try to find catacomb groups

get some regen gear for when you can find a group, and good luck

IMO 120 dex for a dagger is too much for a solo climber like yourself

I stat all str ( keep dex at 65). Usually have 700-800 avg at 55 with 2.1k crit. I'd prefer higher avg for daggers/soloing.

Imo you are not leeching lee. You are doing a lot more damage than a lot of people. Imo a heal charm would be beneficial to you. At lvl 40 on monk casting i only hit chains of 4 or 5 but thats just cuz i run out of mana. Life is never a problem.

If you got a 100 ee lvl 10 or 15 and then something around 40 or 45 that should be good enough. Nn to get one for every level.

The higher the lvl on the charm=more mana per cast= less heals, and based on a monks mana pool i dont think a 55 charm woudl benefit you..


Tldr version:

Get a charm lvl 10-15 w/ 100+ ee and a lvl 40-45 charm with ~100 ee as well.
