what points do you put for fighters dex or str?

Try to have 110 dex with your mq gear on. Put the rest into strength.

am building a fighter now, i decided to build my fighter like this 2 strength 1 dex and so on seems to be working fine

I like to round out at about 80-90 dexterity on my fighters.

Using swords you may want to add 10-20 more, but you can be very successful. (Don't forget to factor in gear you're using)
Put the remainder of your points into strength of course.
