What should my stats consist of?

90-95 dex and all str

staff/dagger with ee
charm + armor with str/dex

Another option would be to go with ee armors. Personal preference imo but you will not die as much, but at the same time you will not do as much damage because of the less stats.

I've been doing all str into points and using str charm and dex armor.

With my MQ armor I get 120 dex which is recommended.

For rogue, I'd suggest using staffs, since they are the cheapest.
Get an EE scale armor, to help you survive longer in your battles.

Try to get 80-100 dexterity (However much dexterity you can get on a MQ charm, which should be about 20-40)
Put all your points into strength, and just get EE staffs, EE scales, and Dexterity charms all the way up.
