well.. i'm a big newb. i have this barbarian, and i don't know what to do next. what weapon do i need? because i deal very low damage. thanks

you need to get a weapon with enhanced effect to make more dmg

Another suggestion is dont use low lvl armors. Use the highest level you can.Even if it has no ee on it, it will still have mroe defense than your lvl 10 armor.
