When you hit 71 lvl you will be able to done master quest.
It can give you 1 gp for fail mq or 2 gps for passed mq.

GPS = Guild points

ok also, i see like lvl 5s being like ninjas and samurais, am i able to do this early on in the game or did they get high lvl and restart after getting the "secret characters"

If you pass the master quest you will unlock Samurai.
