how do you get good weapons off the well?

However, the best feeder character in my opinion is a magician. Either that or a hybrid fighter but magicians are more common and easier to build.

But lots of people have this misconception about the well that it is way more likely to give good drops over playing in arena or catacombs and in my experience that's really not true. The vast majority of the best items I've found have been at low-ish levels in the arena (25 - 40), but again that's just my own personal experience. I'm definitely not saying that you shouldn't well though, but all means I support welling 100%, just don't expect to get anything godly anytime soon is what I mean.

Ladder Slasher is not the kind of game which gives you instant returns.
