when you add points to dex what % chance of critical strike is it?

Lets say you have 70 dex - whats the % chance to hit a critical strike?

No one knows the exact set percentage.

My only advice with Dexterity is only really pump it with a club or a sword, and if you use either of those weapons get it to 110.
If you use a dagger or staff get about 80.
If you use an axe don't put any in.
