Isn't it right that you can active maze at level 4, you just need to be level 5 within maze is complete

as long as you have a level 5 in your group you can get the maze quest

Is it when you start or just before you complete one need to be level 5

I believe that in order to activate the quest in the beginning you must have at least 1 level 5 in the group. I may be wrong though, I don't cata much

Imo it's like this:

In order to get the quest activated you need 1 lvl 5 in your group.

In order to complete it you need to be lvl 5.

So basically you can let a lvl 4 char drive, have lvl 5 in game and rest of the chars can be lvl 1 as long as every1 is 5 when the maze gets completed it should work.
