does it effect welling or drops at all?

or is it just transmuting.

man dont meant to be rude but this topic been raised a million times before this, ( and prolly a million times after)

there is no 100% proof it helps, best way is to test urself and if u like the outcome then imo u judge for urself, some ppl swear by it, others say it has no effect.

imho it cant hurt to have it in wells and in arena but no means sacrafice another decent mod just for ML, but transmuting then u can have 12-13 ML items just with 1 mod and would be ok.
