I am leveling my magician and am currently lvl 13. I still haven't found a single item with "lvl req 5" or higher...everything has no req. When does decent gear start dropping, or is all the best stuff crafted?

starting lvl 10+ you are able to find items that worth to pick

btw lvl 5 drops you will get from lvl 15 up ;)
