i've put every stat i've received into str, and i have a

40%EE battle axe 50-60 damage

31% EE 1 str 4 vit armor

39% EE +3 str charm

and a +17 str acc. charm

i see people doing like 150+ dmg. per hit, what m i doing wrong?

Get a str/dex armor. Ee on an armor doesn't effect the damage of your weapon.
Use that 17 str charm in your Main Charm slot. Acc slot doesn't add stats to your character.
Ee on a charm neither adds damage to your weapon.

Use as high ee as possible for weapon. the higher the better.

stats i.e. str/dex on both your armor and charm. At the lower levels 1-15, dex is not really needed so pure str charms would
increase your damage.

ok, i replaced armor with +14 str but im still doin low damage like, 40-60 range
