I think that the max would technically be 74 (or maybe 75... it's debatable) but the amount of time to get there would be absolutely ridiculous. Like, beyond fathomable.

20 each seems like a pretty good goal to me ;)

takes quite a bit to get to 20 including gear to solo at levels beyond 25.
not difficult just time consuming. 10 per character would be a more realistic goal as a start :)
