they say 1 int = about .95ee

but as a yes and no answer its basically a yes

but there is a upside to this charm and thats 2 things

1) stronger acc slot due to int (basically ee on the acc slot heal charm as well)
2) stronger magic defense

He means to equip to Main charm slot and a heal charm in the Acc slot...

I know you are not a nub... but some people can misread what he is meaning to say...
