Weapons : What you normally want to look for is Enhance Effect. Clubs are currently the cheapest, so I would recommend those, or swords because they can carry over into the next several classes.
Armor : I prefer heavy armor (Chain/Plate) with Enhanced Effect on it. If you aren't getting hit hard with out it, strength or dexterity is always a nice thing to have.
Charm : Strength or dexterity.

I've always heard ~120 dexterity, however, depending on the weapon you use it may vary.
Club - I'd say 100-110 and the rest into strength.
Sword - I'd say 120 and then the rest into strength.

Since you're probably working on a budget.

Weapons: EE as much as possible for each of the successive levels like so : lvl 0 60ee, lvl 5 80ee, lvl 10 100ee, lvl 15 120 ee and so on and so forth. Since getting the highest for every level is difficult. you can do maybe every 10 levels after lvl 10 when the gear gets more expensive.

Ex: lvl 0, lvl 5, lvl 10, lvl 20, lvl 30, lvl40, lvl55

Armor: Go for stats. As much strength and dex as possible. EE is a great thing on armor to tank but in catacombs, esp when working on a budget, go for stats
Charm: Str and Dex as many as possible

Stats:
Dex: Go about 115-120 ish with gear added. if you're using swords. This varies accordingly to the amount of str you have but for a general case 115-120 should work. All the other weapons 100-110. clubs/daggers
Str: Rest of your stats

its better but replace your lvl 20 plte mail with something with stats. as many as possible. find one with as much strength as possible
