lvl 28 barb, i've been putting it into strenth, but where should it go?

It looks like you're going with a sword, stat all str and try to find a dex charm/ armor (generally cheaper/ more bang for your buck)- try to get ~ 105- 120 dex and try to find a wep with ee on it.
