i am currently lvl 17,, ive put 10 stat points into str and all the rest into dex.. am i dont this right? shuld i continue this way?

Depends on your wep really, it looks like you're using a polearm.
I would stat all str, and look for a charm/ armor that can get you to ~ 100 dex- and try getting a wep that has ee on it.
