Get to level 71 and then a new icon will appear in town. It's pretty self explanatory once you get there ;)

How difficult is it to MQ? As it is I survive the arena 50% of the time at lvl 71. I cannot do 2 monsters in a row. So with that in mind, I'm looking for some pointers please.

Your chances to pass your first MQ are 1/6. Period. There is no variable regarding your gear or stat allotment. The master quest is based entirely on luck ;) no one has any better chance of passing it than the next person :)

That sounds so depressing -- It took me 3 weeks to get to lvl 71 and I had to deal with just about everyone calling me a noob or kicking me outa games :(

I guess its best not to make an mq attempt then and focus on a new toon?

That's some bullshit right there, I hate it when I hear stories of people getting kicked out of catacombs. What happened to the LS players who were around when catacombs was first introduced? Everyone was so friendly and awesome, now there's just lots of hate-mongering and pre-pubescent rage there, like d2 but less so.

Personally I think that it's best to focus on one character so that you can build up proficiencies and also stat points from failed MQs. Oh and by the way, passing your MQ isn't always necessarily a good thing. Sometimes I try to intentionally fail my mage so that I can keep playing as a mage and get more stat points from the fails ;)
But just make sure that you're in a guild when you attempt the MQ, because you get guild points regardless of if you pass or fail and if you're not in a guild then they are lost forever :( and it makes me sad.

Feel free to check out my guild if you're looking for a LS guild ^_^ and if not, you can always post in our guild chat - anyone there would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Also, feel free to PM me if you've got any questions at all about LS

I do like your guild charter, and I hope the guild steps up to those ideals. Thanks for the guild invitation but I tend to be quite horrible at teamwork and cannot commit as a regular contributor.

I appreciate the pointers regarding LS - very helpful indeed.
