yeah

this is posted so often its annoying and makes new players confused..

it always depends on how much fg you are willing to spend



what i would advise is that keep your str about 30~ point above dex with gear equiped

axe and sword is preference

axe for constant dmg
sword for high ranged dmg

Depends on where you want to play the most....

Purely catacombs are for Strength builds only using Dexterity Items... now the same goes in the other direction
Purely Arena builds are subject to Dexterity because the monsters deal more damage (crits)...

Lowest Dex to have for Catacombs in my opinion: 90 (rest str)
Lowest Dex to have for Arena in my opinion: 100 (rest str)

Take a view @ barb stats:

25 dex base
10 starting stat
01 stat per level (x70 = 70)

So in effect... you can reach 106

I just bought a 42 dex charm, so that should help me alot
