i viewed many posts and most of them say Magician might do welling easier. but my class is bar, and he is a melee char.

Ehh, you would need high end gear to make welling with a melee char viable.
High ee wep/ armor, high stat/ leach gear, it would be your best bet to just use a mage for welling.

If you're referring to high level welling with a melee character, then yes you'd need relatively high end gear to complete a large % of wells, but that's no different than with a mage weller. If you use smart gear choices for welling, you'll have similar success rate on most character types.

The best advice I can give you is to well at all levels 10+ throughout your climb as you find white items and not only at level 64+. Doing this will allow you to well successfully even with average gear.
The only advantage you get from high level welling is the chance of getting a higher level side drop, and the fact that really nice high level gear tends to have more value.
