what is preferred to have enhanced effect?

your charm, weapon, or armor



and how much life per kill and mana per kill is needed so i hardly run out of mana or life.


if it helps anyone, i'm a level 9 magician.

i'm new to the game, and thanks for the help.

from the lower levels i would have enhanced effect on the weapon and charms

i would try and grind it out to level 10 then look for newer gear

also try and get into a cata game and be a healer will be cheaper

/edit: magicians aren't really the best "budget" characters though, playing them successfully (in arena) can be expensive. A catacombs healer would be totally different, but much cheaper
