at the moment it's hard to say what the required gear for 1.18 welling is
I know it's still possible with high end gear, but as for what would get you 95% with minimum gear, no clue

Weapon: 35+ Int with: +X Crit Strike & +X Armor Pierce
Armor: 35+ Int with: +X Crit Strike & +X Armor Pierce
Main Charm: 120+ EE with: 35+ Int +X Crit Strike & +X Armor Pierce
Acc Charm: 120+ EE Heal or Focus Heal (some like wild)

Additional Mods to Look for: +Max Mana/Life, -XX% Magic/Physical Damage Reduction
