it will be hard to reach 71 need better heal and atack charm

It's definitely possible to do, but it will be a grind.

I would suggest getting a level 40+ heal charm with a bit of EE on it to put in your accessory slot. I can help you find one if you'd like just shoot me a PM

You can make it to MQ naked, all you need is a good cata group. (only problem is finding a group that won't kick you)
As for soloing, like it was stated above, a better heal charm would be nice... but it is definitly possible to grind it out with what you have.
The more fg you invest tho, that faster you'll climb tho
