Heal Mastery
The total amount listed on ALL items you use with this stat adds to the effectiveness of a heal charm used

that is the definition, but having a hard time understanding what exactly that means, any thoughts?

Where did you find that definition? :huh: it sucks.


Here's the official definition:

Increases the effectiveness of any healing charms you use by the % listed. At the time of this writing, the stats visible on the heal charm will not change, however.

so if elts say I got 20% Heal mastery on my chest, and i got a heal charm with 50% EE, it will stack with the EE on the charm, correct?

they stack
but not like 20HM + 50EE = 70EE
it's like:
(.95 + int/100)*(1+HM/100)*(1+EE/100)*(charm dmg shown from LS portal)
