Going to try a barb purist. Tips for surviving in HC?

How much into vita etc?

E: or should I not go barb?

E2: And what weapon is recommended? I usually like a sword, but I don't know if I want to use club.

fighter pure str
if you don't plan on going to headhunter, don't get axes
if you plan on ever playing monk, axes
if you just want to play fighter-sammy-pally over and over, swords are fine too

go 1st 10 into vita, than pump str and get yourself dex gear. always helps to have dex to increase your crits and to lower damage from crits taken from monsters

try to have around 100 dex or so with your mq gear on..around 120 dex or so and dex gets diminished returns on it( not worth putting more on after that)


i'd go with swords if you can get them, that way you can use them on sammy and pAlly if you pass
