Hey, I've recently decided to being playing the wonderful game of ladder slasher with my friend. We both would be starting out new.

My question is what is the cheapest character to make?

and another question, if we were to level together which 2 characters complement eachother the best and are the cheapest?

i wouldn't say any class specifically complements another
but in catacombs you want atleast one healer
so make sure one of you picks either guardian or mage for starting class

would pick either rouge or fighter

rouge for caster route (more item options)
or mage for caster route (less item options but more base int for large mana pool)

fighter for melee route (better overall as melee)

Guardian can work as a healer but is limited with gear and can not wear attack charms
Barb works just like a fighter but the starting points is better off with fighter since its more preferred
