so: i went 1-15 solo with my paladin
i used clubs all the way, i gained ,my first club profficency
started from 0% when level1
so if I rerollit to level 1 again and go 1-15 solo i should gain 50% in my dagger profficency
so every time i go from level 1-15 i will get 1000 points in it
is that true?

As you gain proficiencies they take longer to earn + points to it, also, if you have level 2 proficiencies, you won't start gaining exp in those proficiencies until you are level 2+ (obviously not a big deal right now, but at levels 10+ it is good to know it)
