Which items he need

ANd which skilling / Some says 80~100dex rest strengh

I usually go for 120 dex on fighter, with my gear on. ~ 100- 120 should be fine *with your gear on.
Look for ee on your swords (try to switch up every 5 lvls), ee on your armor- str or dex (I prefer a stat armor), and str or dex on your charm (dex is generally cheaper than str).

Imo always about 100Dex, i go for 120 Dex. Put ret into Str.
