it adds 1% EE to the specificed proficiency I.E 1% Earth prof adds 1 Enhanced effect to ANY Earth and ONLY earth charm

Proficiencies are a passive addition to the enhanced effect given to the item or skill it represents. Additions to proficiency levels are represented as ranks. You gain progress for your proficiency by using the given item or skill. For example, if you use a sword, you will work towards improving your sword proficiency. If you successfully fish, you will gain progress towards your fishing proficiency.

Deaths reflect negatively on all of your weapon and charm proficiences and will lose a percentage of your accumulated progress if you die. With crafting proficiencies, you are unable to lose any percentage for failing to complete a certain crafting task, or by death.

You must be atleast 1 level about your proficiency rank to actually gain profs. LMK if you have any other questions

oh only 1 more question
does it add after charm ee, same time, or before
like i got earth profi 5, charm xx-xx with 30 ee
does it count charm dmg + 35 ee
charm dmg + 30 ee, outcome + 5ee
or charm dmg + 5ee, outcome + 30 ee
