cheap is a staff rogue, but not the best choice imo

i would go for a babarian with ~75vita and armors with Enhanced Effect as chain or plate mail

I personally found Barbarian to be very good.

From TierIII to TieV ... I found that it is Cheaper to buy Items that have 220+ Max Life... before EE
From TierVI upwards ... you will definately want EE% items... Sword/Armor & Stength Charm...
... try to get cheap weapons/plate armor around 55-75% EE... every 5 levels (15/20/25/30 etc)
... work out Def/Dmg per 5 levels if you get cheap 80+ EE% items... you may find that you can go for 10 levels before upgrading

Because I mentioned Strength for charm... you will be placing basically every point into Dexterity upto max of 110
With starting points... 5 into Vitality... rest into Dexterity

Please note that if you get Dexterity charms... you will utilise points into dex then add in the charm... upto 110... then rest Strength
