im wondering if hm drops in power as the levels go up, or is it like int?

example: lvl 15, 26hm robe is still 26hm at lvl 55?

or does it drop effectiveness like ee does?

if anything it'll be more powerful because your base heal is doing more.

HM always adds x% onto your heal.
