anyone can verify for me?
i was told if its 6life steal. it means 1-6% life steal. n it doesn work in cata?

You are correct that it works as a range now. It has a % chance to work in catacombs.

i am under the impression that this is correct:

+1 to 6% Life Steal

Only works on Evil Presence in Catacombs
