It comes down to preference. I personally prefer 100-110.

I have always believed in a 60str/40dext ratio and capping dext @ 120.

If you don't have enough dmg on a weapon to deal dmg besides doing crits you aren't going to do well. and if you don't have dext then you won't do crits and receive a lot of dmg when mobs land crit shots on you.

So if you have 100 points to use your str should be 60 and dext 40
200 points 120str and 80 dext
300 points 180 str and 120 dext
400 points 280 str and 120 dext.

Prefer this also. more like 100.
