I think it depends on the type of characters in your game(if that makes sense)

I always prefer stats on the plates though

if you're making a tank (barb) then EE ofc. if you're a rogue, or primarily a char that is stationed in the back, then stats all the way.
stats = killing speed
ee = less heals required from the mage in your party

tats detailed. N also does a few str have a big impact or diff in the damage output of a barb or fighter using sword. N is ee plate good for solo too? Comparing to stats

Are you cata'ing? Depends n the makeup of your group too, ie. if some people are damage dealers or tanks
