what kind of char which guild what doing how get guild points how level up etc...

Magician is a nice character to play with if you have the right gear but depends if you want to play caster or melee.
You level up either by killing monsters in Arena, or either joining to Catacombs groups. Magican can heal and make a decent damage so it's nice for both styles of play.
You receive guild points after reach to the quest from the level 71 (maybe someone else can give you more informations about it because i havent reached there yet).

thats the only way it give you fg...

else you must self kill monster get some eq sell it at marketplace

You are able to sell or buy items using fg on marketplace, but fg arent coming by their own
Or you can sell your Guild Points fr fg, but i dont think this would be a fast way to earn fg, on contrary would be a long road until get level 71.
And if you want to earn fg from this game then you hve to make an investment first in your items, and then play until your luck comes and get some nice drops.
