20str 13dex lv 15 charm, is worth a fair ammount, 30 single stat is max on a lvl 15 charm unless its multi stat or unspawnable, thats a nice charm for sure, it would be worth something. it definetly is worth alot more then 5-15.

str or dex comes to preference, from what i know generally str is more popular at the lower levels, personally i tend to stick to str till lvl 15-20, that lvl 15 charm is very nice though, if i had something like that i would def use it.

I have a solo stat 29 str 15..and I'd say its worth well over 5-15.

you could get at least 200 out of that charm
