60% str/ 40% dext. cap the dext @ 120

No vit

High EE weapons
Either str, dext, or EE on a plate/chain armor or a combo of those.

Then again Str or dext on your charm

Dex starts down a path of diminishing return @ 90 and most people don't go beyond 120..experiment for yourself.

As far as the no vit thing...I don't necessarily agree if you intend to solo

I personally don't use chains only plates.

rest of what he said is pretty reliable.

Adding vit will increase ur chains a little bit. but you will kill a little bit slower and when you regain it takes longer too.
